Zsolt Eszes

Zsolt Eszes has been shaping and driving the development of Water4All Plc. based on eight years of experience in water utility operations, followed by decades of involvement in Hungarian and EU co-financed wastewater treatment projects. By expanding the company’s scope of activities and integrating revenue-stabilizing business areas, he has built and maintains an extensive professional network. Through the technical and financial management of projects exceeding HUF 80 billion in contractual value, he actively contributes to the company’s strategic development, including its research and development activities.

László Mészáros

László Mészáros has been working in the renewable energy sector, particularly in biogas, for more than twenty years. He began his career as a summer intern and later gained experience as a project preparation engineer, project manager, and division manager, currently serving as managing director. His strengths include a comprehensive understanding of complex energy systems and the integration of technological, engineering, and economic aspects. He has participated in the implementation of more than 12 biogas projects with a total investment value exceeding HUF 10 billion. His work covers the entire project lifecycle, from concept development and technology design through permitting and project management to commissioning and operational support. He played a key role in the development of the Inwaferm biogas production system and the Bioginwa biogas treatment system and is actively involved in R&D projects focused on sustainable and efficient energy solutions.

Gergely Halász

An MSc civil engineer with over 20 years of experience in designing, permitting, constructing, commissioning, and operating industrial and municipal wastewater treatment plants. As project and procurement manager, he has led more than 15 projects—often simultaneously—typically valued between EUR 2–5 million, acting as sole responsible project manager.Since 2011, he has held technical supervisor and technical manager licenses, as well as certifications in water management, environmental engineering, construction supervision, and FIDIC contract expertise. His interests include non-conventional wastewater treatment technologies, filtration processes, and water recycling projects. Key areas of expertise: project management, procurement, water treatment technologies, environmental engineering, and hydraulic infrastructure.

Roland Schweitzer

Roland Schweitzer has been contributing to the company for over 20 years with extensive experience in project management and engineering design. Holding degrees in mechanical process engineering and facility energy engineering, he oversees the full project workflow and often actively participates in design, implementation, and commissioning. He has led more than 20 projects with a total value exceeding HUF 7.5 billion and supported numerous additional projects. In addition to his academic qualifications, he holds design, responsible technical manager (FMV), and mechanical engineering (ME) licenses.

Klaudia Nagy

Klaudia Nagy has more than twenty years of broad professional experience in the financial and venture capital sectors. Throughout her career, she has primarily worked at state-owned venture capital fund management companies, where as Chief Financial Officer she coordinated the design, development, and operation of complex financial monitoring and controlling systems. She supports the company’s organic growth through proprietary analytical and data reporting systems that closely track financial performance and operations.

Lajos Boroznaki

Lajos Boroznaki has been supporting the industrial and municipal partners of Water4All Plc. with nearly two decades of professional experience. His expertise gained in project preparation and the commissioning of diverse wastewater treatment and sludge management technologies is currently applied in the operation of industrial wastewater treatment facilities and in the servicing of completed projects. His focus is on treatment plants that are technologically sound, mechanically reliable, and operationally efficient. The work of his team ensures long-term, stable revenue for the company group.

Tibor Elmauer

His main task is to manage the energy plant of Heineken Hungária Sörgyáros Zrt., where we produce the cooling energy needed for the beer production, as well as the production of compressed air and water treatment. In addition, he coordinates and manages the maintenance, expansion and occasional repairs of many biogas plants based on sewage sludge and agricultural raw materials. His tasks in this area include the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and instruments related to waste water treatment and biogas production, sometimes explosion-proof. It builds and expands our relations with agricultural, industrial and water utility partners and customers.

Gergely Kálmán

Dr. Gergely Kálmán, bioengineer and chemical engineer (PhD), has ten years of experience in industrial wastewater treatment plant operation. During this period, he led several Hungarian and EU co-financed R&D projects (two GVOP, two GOP, and one KMOP projects). He later applied this expertise in the wastewater treatment design and construction sector. He has participated as an expert, designer, and manager in the construction and rehabilitation of numerous wastewater treatment plants in Hungary (under KEOP and KEHOP programs) and abroad (financed through tied aid credit programs). Since 2021, he has been involved in both domestic and international projects of Water4All Plc., covering municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, biogas production, and water treatment, while also providing professional support for the company’s R&D activities. He has outstanding expertise in feasibility studies, project development, and engineering design.

Water4All Ltd. was founded in 2021 with the aim of offering the highest level of engineering and construction solutions in the field of biogas production, water and wastewater treatment and related energy technologies.
