Purified water from industrial or municipal wastewater

Recycling purified wastewater

Filtration ponds at a wastewater plant

Industrial and other water demands can be met not only from drinking water sources but also — as preferred in our concepts — by using treated or less polluted wastewater.

Water intended for industrial use must always meet the specific water quality requirements of specific production processes, which may differ significantly from each other. This target quality is ensured by various technological solutions. In agriculture, if irrigation or reservoir facilities are available in the vicinity of a wastewater treatment plant, the required water treatment technology and facility can be designed and constructed in accordance with the conditions. In the case of settlements, the treated wastewater can also be used in water streams for recreational purposes. In all cases, the creation of a concept defined in accordance with social needs is the first and most important step.

To achieve the desired water quality, we use several key technological processes according to the target parameters. These include ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, AOP (advanced oxidation processes), ozonization, as well as their combination with traditional technologies.

Our applied water purification and water treatment technologies:

  • Chemical clarification and sedimentation
  • Biological cleaning
  • Evaporation
  • Ultrafiltration
  • Removal of micro-contaminants
  • Photo-oxidation to remove drug residues
  • Reverse Osmosis Cleaning
  • Complex disinfection

Water can be recycled using municipal treated wastewater (external source), industry's own wastewater (internal source) or other water already used, taking into account the specific circumstances. We have developed water recycling concepts, licensing and export plans for several large cities and industrial players, which are increasingly embodied in real solutions.
