Our sister company, INWATECH Ltd., acted as main contractor, handling permitting and implementation and running the trial operation.

The client
Dunapack has been part of the Prinzhorn Group since 1990 and is the market leader in corrugated packaging in Hungary, making its products from around 90% recycled paper.

The facility
The plant treats the paper mill wastewater (a COD load of 20 t/day) with BIOPAQ IC anaerobic pre-treatment and aerobic post-treatment, and treats and uses the resulting biogas. The plant is now operated by Hamburger Hungária Kft. We took over the reference from our sister company when Water4All was founded in 2021 and took on the industrial segment.
