Low energy use, less maintenance
The magnetic and air bearing design produces a contact-free, friction-free rotor, unlike blowers with conventional bearings. This significantly reduces wear and the risk of failure, so planned shutdowns and part replacements are needed far less often. The end result is an energy-efficient solution with low operating costs over its entire lifespan.

A wide range for every need
RAETTS's range spans air-bearing blowers (7.5–300 kW, including portable and miniature versions), magnetic-levitation turbo blowers (22–450 kW), and high-speed centrifugal blowers, the latter specifically optimised for surface drying and aquaculture aeration tasks. The lineup is rounded out by turbo compressors and magnetic-levitation chiller and heat pump systems. This broad product range lets us select the most suitable, purpose-optimised equipment for virtually any power requirement and application.

Power output tailored to your needs
The machines are available as standard from 22 kW, and on request from as low as 15 kW. This flexibility lets us supply equipment precisely matched to smaller, local-scale projects, not just large industrial applications. As a result, our customers get a blower that's neither over- nor undersized for their actual needs.
Applications
When is it the right choice?
With RAETTS turbo blowers, significant energy savings can be achieved compared to traditional Roots blowers or screw compressors — typically in the aeration basins of wastewater treatment plants, as well as in industrial process air supply.
They are also excellently suited to petrochemical and power plant flue-gas desulphurisation tasks, the pneumatic conveying of powders and bulk materials, air-knife process steps in the steel industry, and drying processes in electronics and packaging.
In aquaculture, they also provide a proven solution for reliable oxygen supply to fish ponds and intensive fish farming systems.
