Friction-free, maintenance-free operation

Our proprietary, 8th-generation NBW air-bearing technology minimises friction compared to conventional ball-bearing solutions. Because there's no metal-to-metal contact between rotating parts, there's no need for lubricant refills or regular bearing replacement. The result is a long-life, oil-contamination-free unit that significantly reduces the total cost of operation.

Precise thermal control and operational safety

An independent, dual air-cooling system ensures precise temperature control for the motor and bearings, even under heavy load. This is complemented by a real-time Auto Surge Protection system that intervenes before surge can occur. Together, these two solutions protect the equipment from damage and ensure continuous, safe operation.

The lineup spans the triple-core WL-t turbo blower, rated up to 2,100 HP, through the WH-g gas compressor developed for LNG/BOG compression, to the ATEX-certified, explosion-proof WL-ex/WH-ex series and the world's first air-bearing vacuum turbo blower (WL-v, 420 Torr). Simpler, cheaper auxiliary systems

An integrated aftercooler cools the outlet air to below 30°C, and the unit produces 100% clean, contaminant-free compressed air. Because no downstream drying or filtering is needed, the compressor's auxiliary systems can be simplified by up to 82% compared with traditional, oil-lubricated solutions. This results in lower capital costs and a smaller footprint for the plant room across the project as a whole.
