At Heineken Hungária's Sopron brewery, we reconstructed the reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment plant in phases, and we look after it under an ongoing maintenance contract.

As main contractor, we handled design, technology supply, and service and maintenance. Our partner, Cillit Hungária, supplied and installed the equipment.

The client
Our client was the Sopron brewery of Heineken Hungária Sörgyárak Zrt.

What we did
Since 2019 we have renewed the water treatment plant in phases: we fully reconstructed the RO3 and RO2 units, replaced the RO1 unit, and supplied and built the new RO6 unit. Under the ongoing maintenance contract, we carry out general maintenance every two weeks, disinfect the RO units regularly, perform the main chemical (acid and alkaline) cleaning every six months, and replace membrane housings and membranes as needed.
