Our role
Our sister company, INWATECH Ltd., carried out the detailed design of the anaerobic digestion system and the biogas production, treatment and utilisation system, supplied and installed the key technology components and managed the trial operation.

The client
Prolactal GmbH is a dairy company based in Hartberg, Austria, producing dried milk and whey products and milk proteins. It is a world market leader in organic milk and whey powders for infant formula.

The facility
The system processes dairy waste with InwaFerm anaerobic digestion technology. Supplying and installing the key technology components – the mixing, heating and gas storage systems – was also part of the project. We took over the reference from our sister company when Water4All was founded in 2021 and took on its biogas business.
